I might not have mentionned how big a Macintosh fanboy I am but truth be told my obsession is starting to take on serious proportions (I admit this freely).
I dusted off my workgroup server which I’m hoping to use as a bridge / gateway for my newly aquired mint condition Powerbook 150 (that sadly i’ve got to wait for santa to bring me… And only then if I’m good). I’d love to post pics of the 150 in action but Rach only allowed me to test it worked so we could leave feedback… Bah.
As any vintage hardware fan can tell you the 150 has no onboard ethernet and requires some coaxing to get online, I’m hoping the server will help.
The thing fired up without a hitch despite having lived out in the garage for a couple of years D:
P.S When I bought this unit many years ago I found a dead wasp inside that had been baked onto the motherboard.
