Sometimes I manage to break the iron shackles of my desk and visit some of the sites around about the county I work in.
Recently I was out and about and noticed a bunch of old E-Waste that needed to be moved from the dusty storage room it was mulching down in to another site we have where it could be disposed of in the proper fashion.
As I was finishing loading up one of the staff mentioned a door that “had always been locked” and had assumed it led to the old storage room I had been clearing out. I immediately consulted the van and returned with my set of breaking and entering tools.
There was only one rusted padlock that stood between the truth of what was behind the mystery door and I went through it like a hot knife through butter.
Opening the door I found:
A creepy basement! There was no record of it on the plans that I had often consulted over the years. The staircase seemed to have been removed at some point but my ninja like abilities granted me access to what I hoped would be an Aladdin’s Cave of treasure…
It was merely the flooded foundations for what might have been a boiler room at some point and no sign of any loot… Not unless you collect spores molds and fungus.
On a plus note I did find this old can of Diet Dr Pepper which crumbled to dust in my hand after I took this picture.
Also there was this demonic doll which appears to have some ancient hell glyphs written on it.
Indeed the stuff of nightmares as I found this doll was capable of summoning demons as is seen in the picture below of the CCTV footage of a giant spider attacking the facility and killing us all.

P.S. And so the mystery damp patch that wouldn’t go away in the gents loo was finally solved as we realised it was directly related to the lost boiler room where I imagine that creepy doll is still trying to scrabble up the wall and escape from. I swear I heard it talking backwards at me as I flung it into the darkness.
